As part of the founding team of eNav, Gemma has been leading its operations from its inception. She likewise heads Beginnings Communications, Inc. (BCI), eNav's affiliate for creative communications, and integrates their capabilities in serving the requirements of both companies' diverse clientele.

Michelle has been at the heart of BCI's creative team since 1997. Over the years, she has kept the company and its clients abreast with the leading trends in local and international brand communication. Michelle also plays a vital role in the creative conceptualization of marketing fulfillment activities of eNav.

Janice brings to the company extensive brand experience from the United States including an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. She has taken an active role at the helm of Account Management of both BCI and eNav and now spearheads the companies' international expansion.

Bert's participation in BCI has taken him from resident Mac expert to an accomplished photographer in his own right. Apart from shooting for BCI and eNav clients, his photos now grace the pages of some of the country's top publications.

Joy is a director in both BCI and eNav. She participates in management tasks and business direction-setting for both companies. She is also a partner in PromoCentral, one of the country's pioneer companies in International Corporate Gifts Sourcing.

Also sits in the Board of both BCI and eNav, Jeff contributes to business building and corporate visioning. Is likewise an owner and operator of PromoCentral.
